"Very pleasant and courteous. Extremely understanding and empathetic about my concern about wearing a mask, taking off shoes, and wearing gloves before entering apartment (I am vulnerable as a Senior). Understood what was wrong with the toilet flush system. Explained clearly what he was going to do to replace the outlet valve. Cleaned up after himself and sprayed antiseptic around areas he had been working."
